His most recent executive roles were as Chief Operating Officer of Cable & Wireless plc, President of Motorola Europe, Middle East, and Africa and before that, he was Chief Executive of IBM UK Limited. Kevin was appointed non-executive Chairman of the Company in 2005 and Executive Chairman in April 2011. He has a degree in politics and economics from Oxford University.
Stephen has a 25-year track record of success in the IT industry, spanning hardware, software, and services with a focus on driving strategic, transformational change. He joined Micro Focus in 2012 and has held critical leadership roles with responsibilities including Sales, Marketing and Product Management, most recently holding the Chief Operating Officer role. Prior to joining Micro Focus, Stephen held senior executive positions in general management, sales, and strategy with IBM and Dell.
Brian McArthur-Muscroft joined Micro Focus as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in February 2019. Brian previously served as Group CFO of Paysafe Group plc, leading the business to a full listing on the London Stock Exchange Main Market in December 2016. Paysafe was acquired by CVC and Blackstone in 2017 for $4.8 billion and Brian remained on the Board as CFO. During his time at Paysafe, Brian delivered $3bn acquisitions and raised over $3bn in debt financing. Prior to joining Paysafe, Brian was Group Finance Director at Telecity Group plc where he led the IPO of the business in 2007 and raised £400 million in senior debt facilities with major UK institutions. Also a restructuring specialist, Brian was the Interim CFO on the successful turnaround of MCI Worldcom EMEA.
Brian was named as Business Week’s Finance Director of the Year in 2013 and again in 2017, the CBI’s FTSE 250 Finance Director of the Year in 2012. Brian holds a law degree and qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London.
Jon Hunter joined Micro Focus as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in September 2018. Jon is a transformational industry executive and thought leader who brings passion, operational excellence and technical breadth to help ensure customer success, team performance and company growth. Jon previously served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Strategic Sales for BMC. During his tenure, Jon drove greater sales velocity, improved customers' ease of doing business and brought new cloud and digital capabilities to market. Prior to BMC, Jon was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at OpenText, establishing best-in-class customer programs and performance management systems to achieve record growth. Jon has also held various senior leadership roles, including General Manager (GM) of North America during an eighteen-year career at CA Technologies. Jon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice / Police Science from Arizona State University.
Jane is Company Secretary of Micro Focus International plc and was named General Counsel of Micro Focus in May 2006. Jane has worked with Micro Focus for over 15 years providing a wide range of legal services, most notably leading the efforts through the 2005 IPO. Jane is a Barrister, having been called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1982. She also has a BA (Hons) in Law, a postgraduate diploma in European Law from King's College of London, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
John Delk is currently the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of the Security and Information Management & Governance Product Groups at Micro Focus. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Product Officer for Micro Focus, after joining the Company in 2014 as part of the acquisition of the Attachmate Group where previously served as Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at NetIQ. Prior to that, he spent seven years in various leadership positions at Novell in Product Management, Sales, and Services.
John has over 34 years of experience in the IT industry working for numerous other companies holding roles including Managing Partner at BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting and a Vice President at EDS. He holds a master's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree from Furman University with a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Paul Rodgers is the Chief Operating Officer for Micro Focus. Prior to this role, Paul served as the Business Operations and Integration lead for Micro Focus, where he was responsible for overseeing the successful integrations resulting from the company's merger and acquisition activity. Paul joined Micro Focus in April 2008 as the Group HR Director, and prior to joining Micro Focus, Paul spent 17 years with IBM and four years as Managing Director of a successful Executive HR consultancy business with clients such as Dell, Unilever, Yahoo and Sainsbury's.
Colin Mahony leads the Vertica Product Group for Micro Focus. In 2011, Colin joined HP through the Vertica acquisition and has since led the business. Prior to Vertica, Colin was a Vice President at Bessemer Venture Partners and before that he worked at Lazard Technology Partners. Earlier in his career, Colin was a Senior Analyst at the Yankee Group, serving as an industry analyst and consultant covering databases, BI, middleware, application servers, and ERP systems. Colin earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Georgetown University.
Raffi Margaliot leads the Application Delivery Management business unit within Micro Focus. Raffi has over a decade of experience driving business strategy, product development, and delivering innovative technology solutions that solve customer problems. He has held a number of general manager roles within HPE, including leading both the Enterprise Mobility and IT Management-as-a-Service business units. Raffi joined HP in 2006 through the Mercury Interactive acquisition. At Mercury, he held a variety of R&D and product management roles and was a founding engineer for what is now the Application Lifecycle Management platform. Raffi holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
As the General Manager of the Application Modernization and Connectivity Product Group, Chris is responsible for ensuring that Micro Focus can continue to win and support customers with great products, great customer service, and unrivaled technology innovation.
Chris has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has held a number of executive positions in software and technology companies including sales, marketing and consulting. He has extensive experience in software product strategy, sales management, product packaging, and demand generation strategies. This has typically been in acquisitive businesses with a focus on company integration, product management, customer and partner management, and organizational change.
Chris is based out of Micro Focus' Newbury office and lives with his family near Edinburgh, Scotland.
Tom Goguen is currently the Chief Product Officer and General Manager of the IT Operations Management (ITOM) Product Group. Tom joined Micro Focus as part of the merger with the Software division of HPE. He joined HPE in 2016, and was responsible for developing and delivering the industry's broadest set of IT operations management solutions for traditional IT, private, public, and hybrid cloud environments, including data center automation, network operations management, IT service management automation, hybrid cloud management, and automated monitoring, analysis, and remediation for IT operations.
Tom has more than 20 years of experience in product-line management and executive roles spanning engineering, product management, and marketing functions at Sun Microsystems, Apple, and BlackBerry. When he was CEO of Newbay Software, Tom led the turnaround and successful divestiture of the white-label cloud services provider for mobile operators. Tom is a co-inventor on nine patents. He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Ottawa and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of New Brunswick.

Karen is Chair of The Foundry, which specializes in developing software for the creative industries, and non-executive director at Intelliflo, a financial services software provider. Prior to her current responsibilities, she has held various roles at the board level since 2001 at a range of technology companies. Karen began her career at ICL before spending 20 years in Hewlett Packard, where she headed up worldwide sales and marketing. Karen holds a BA Joint Honors degree in European Studies, French, and Spanish from Bath University.
Richard is Chairman of Acora, an IT Services outsourcing company; Entanet International, a wholesale voice and data communications company; Sub 10 Systems, a designer and manufacturer of wireless ethernet bridges; and Miles 33, a publishing software company. He is also a non-executive director at Aon, the UK's largest insurance broker. He has spent the majority of his career within the IT industry. Previously, he was a Director at Data Sciences where he led its MBO from Thorn EMI in 1991 and then managed its successful sale to IBM in 1996.
His final role at IBM was as General Manager for IBM Global Services Northern Europe where he was also a member of the IBM worldwide Senior Leadership Team. Since leaving IBM in 2005 he has acted as a non-executive director for several companies including Compel, Message Labs, Global Crossing, Morse, and Easynet. Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY.
Amanda has more than 20 years of international human resources experience in a variety of industries, including consumer goods, leisure, hospitality, and financial services. She is currently Group Human Resources Director at Hiscox Ltd., a FTSE 250 business and specialist insurer with offices in 14 countries. Prior to Hiscox, Amanda held a number of leadership roles with Mars, PepsiCo, and Whitbread plc. She has expertise in human resources, remuneration strategy, and managing organizations through periods of significant change.
Lawton is an investment banker and a highly experienced corporate director. She currently serves on the boards of Ciena Corporation, The Progressive Corporation and The Carlyle Group, and was previously a non-executive director at ARM plc and Thomson Reuters. Lawton worked at Goldman Sachs for over 23 years in investment banking, equities and asset management, and for more than a decade she led the equity capital markets team focused on technology companies. She was elected a Partner in 1994 and worked in the London and New York offices.
From 2002-2005 Lawton was the Secretary (Chief Executive Officer) of the Royal Academy of the Arts in London, and has served as a trustee for a number of not-for-profit organizations and foundations, including the Goldman Sachs Foundation and the Thomson Reuters Foundation. She received her undergraduate degree in European History from Brown University and her MBA from the Darden School of the University of Virginia.
Darren is a technology leader who has spent 20 years building and scaling businesses. He is the CEO of global enterprise software vendor, IFS. Prior to IFS, Darren held leadership roles at SAP where he was the President of the company's Cloud ERP business, and at Software AG where he was also a member of the Board. Darren is a thought leader in the technology industry and is known for being a customer advocate and Cloud expert.
Silke was an investment professional at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Partners LLP, London, UK from July 1999 and became a member in 2012. She retired from KKR in 2015. Prior to KKR, Silke worked at Goldman, Sachs & Company oHG, Frankfurt, Germany from 1996 to 1999. Silke, who is Austrian, is a director of CNH Industrial N.V., the Netherlands and Jungbunzlauer Holding AG, Switzerland.
