Novell, Inc., the leading provider of Net business solutions, has announced 12 top business partners as recipients of the 2002 Novell Service Excellence Awards. Honored at BrainShare 2002 in Salt Lake City, recipients were chosen from among Novell Platinum-level partners in the United States and Canada. Eleven partners received awards for technical support excellence, and four were honored for consulting excellence. Three partners received both awards.
According to Dave Cutler, vice president of Novell's Americas Support Center, Novell support partners were recognized for demonstrating continuing excellence providing technical support to Novell customers. Partners were evaluated on their dedication to customer satisfaction, level of expertise and training of engineers, demonstrated self-sufficiency in delivering superior support to Novell customers, and commitment to selling and supporting Novell Net business solutions.
