Novell today announced that its ZENworks Endpoint Security Management 11 suite has earned five stars, the highest possible ranking by the reviews and editorial staff at SC Magazine. For seven consecutive years, the leading publication for IT professionals has awarded Novell products with consistently high marks for endpoint management and security, recognizing the security, ease of use and reliable IT management capabilities of Novell's products.

Novell's mobility and endpoint products were evaluated in six categories, including Features, Ease of Use, Performance, Documentation, Support and Value for Money, earning five stars in each category. The publication notes that the suite's strengths are its full integration and product design, claiming that this is a "must-see product," with no weaknesses found. The five-star review can be viewed here: ZENworks Endpoint Security Management.

"SC Magazine's annual competitive reviews are highly regarded in our industry, and proof of Novell's commitment to bringing secure enterprise management solutions to market," said Novell VP of Engineering Dave Wilkes. "Earning the highest ranking this year, and consistently high rankings for the past seven years, it is a noteworthy success that demonstrates our capabilities to create product lines that meet ever-evolving enterprise security requirements."

The editorial staff at SC Magazine describes the ZENworks Control Center as a standout feature in the product, for providing a web-based console that allows management of the devices, messaging, patching, configuration and more. Novell ZENworks Endpoint Security Management v11 has met all the requirements determined by SC Magazine in order to be considered a full-featured endpoint security product. It assesses or controls security at the endpoint, operates at the endpoint, offers central management, it is policy driven, and provides centralized reporting and alerting while operating at the gateway.

Novell ZENworks Endpoint Security Management enables organizations to maintain a necessary balance of enterprise security and employee productivity, while IT maintains the control and flexibility to meet the progressing needs of mobile workforces and diverse endpoints.
