To ensure that ESM for Fusion users receive email notifications, configure the connection to your SMTP server. For example, if you do not use SAML 2 authentication, users will need notifications to help reset their forgotten passwords.
Log in to the CDF Management Portal with the credentials of the administrative user that you provided during installation.
Select FUSION.
Under User Management Configuration, configure the SMTP settings.
