Once you unpack the Widget SDK, you have access to its documentation.
Extract the contents of the widget-sdk-n.n.n.tgz file.
Follow the steps in the Getting Started section of the included ReadMe.
After you compile the new or modified widget, add it to the widget store for use in the Dashboard.
