Exporting and Importing a Search Criterion or Folder

To export a search criterion or folder to an XML file, select as appropriate and then click Export Criterion or Folder () on the toolbar. This opens the Export Criteria dialog box. Browse to the location you want to save the exported XML file to. Type the file name and then click Save.

To import a search criterion or folder XML file, click Import Criterion or Folder () on the toolbar. This opens the Open dialog box. Browse to the location of a criterion or folder XML file. Select the file and then click Open.
