Adding a Selectable Item

Many options enable you to add an item to a list of available items. For example, you can add an extension to the list of recognized extensions:

  1. Click Options > Workspace Options.

    This opens the Options - Worksspace dialog box.

  2. Click the Registration > Extensions tab.
  3. In the Source Type field, click a file type.
  4. Right-click in the Extensions and then click Add.
  5. Next to the new check box, type the extension and then click outside the field.
Note: If you are entering a file extension, make sure to enter the dot (.).

Edit an item by right-clicking it and choosing Edit. Delete an extension by right-clicking it and choosing Delete.
