To compile your program, the preprocessor must connect to a DB2 database. The preprocessor uses the Micro Focus DB2 Connect
program to do this. The program was not found, was damaged, or is an old version.
Resolution:
If you have an old
Micro Focus COBOL development system installed, uninstall it. In any case, reinstall
Enterprise Developer to ensure that the appropriate version of DB2 Connect is installed.
