Insert a Record

Attention: This topic applies to a feature that is in Early Adopter Program (EAP) release status. We intend to provide the finalized feature in a future release. Please contact OpenText Support for Micro Focus Products if you require further clarification.
  1. Right-click a record and select either Insert Record Above or Insert Record Below.

    A new empty record is created, indicated by the highlight, the color of which can be defined in the Preferences. The highlight is removed when you save the file.

  2. To begin editing the new record, double-click the record or, alternatively, right-click and select Edit.
  3. Click File > Save to save the changes.
