Deleting a data set

If the Remote Systems window is not displayed, click Window > Show View > Remote Systems.
Note: You can only delete partitioned data sets.
  1. In the Remote Systems window, log on to the mainframe.
  2. Expand the required search filter, select the required data sets, then right-click and select Delete dataset.
    Tip: To select more than one data set, hold down Ctrl while selecting the required data sets.
  3. Click Yes or Yes to all, as appropriate. The selected data sets are deleted.
