The file file-id was not found. The file name is case sensitive. The request was submitted by user user-id at terminal terminal-id.
CASAM1012E CFMT request not authorized for file file-id at terminal-id, user user-id
The request for file file-id by user user-id at terminal terminal-id is not authorized.
CASAM1013E CFMT file file-id unexpected response (eibresp); terminal-id, user user-id
The requested action for file file-id resulted in an unexpected API response of eibresp. The request was submitted by user user-id at terminal terminal-id.

The requested action for file file-id resulted in an illogic API response. The request was submitted by user user-id at terminal terminal-id. The requested transition is not logical, for example, an open request for a file that is already open.
