- On versions of Windows Vista and later, Enterprise Server listens only on the IPv4 loopback address (127.0.0.1). As a result,
an attempt to connect to localhost with a TN3270 emulator such as Micro Focus Rumba may fail. To work around this issue, in
your emulator's configuration use 127.0.0.1 in preference to localhost or your host machine's name.
- Rumba 9.5 is not supported on Japanese Windows.
Embedded Rumba display
The embedded Rumba display is only available if you are using:
- Enterprise Developer for Visual Studio with Rumba 9.5 or later. If an earlier version of Rumba is installed, you need to use Rumba Desktop instead.
