Date calculations are fully supported in XDB mode using the following date, time and timestamp functions. The XDB Server also supports date-time arithmetic in XDB mode and DB2 mode, although the results in DB2 mode are different. The expressions and functions documented in this topic can appear in a SELECT or WHERE clause any place a column name for the appropriate column type might appear. Date functions operate on dates between 1/1/0001 and 12/31/9999. Historical dates may differ from the dates under the Gregorian calendar used.
