The ACCESS_FILE variable (along with DEFAULT_USER and PASSWORD_ATTEMPTS) affects AcuConnect access security.
ACCESS_FILE must hold the full path and file name of the server access file, if it is other than the default location (/etc/AcuAccess on UNIX systems; %PROGRAMDATA%\Micro Focus\extend\10.5.0\AcuAccess on Windows servers).
