Troubleshooting Your Application

If you experience problems running your applications through AcuToWeb, run the application in debug mode, and with additional diagnostics enabled.

When running in debug mode, the application runs in the ACUCOBOL-GT debugger, where you can step through the code as normal.

The additional diagnostics will most likely be enabled at the request of the Micro Focus SupportLine, and can be configured to provide various levels of detail when you run the application. These details can be downloaded and sent to the SupportLine for further diagnosis.

When the diagnostics are enabled, an additional (Console) icon is added to the top-right corner of the interface: click the icon to open the Logging Console, where you can configure the level of diagnostics to display.
