Starting with version 10.5.0, ACUCOBOL-GT supports the new WEB-BROWSER2 control type. See ECN-4723 and ECN-4776 for details about the new WEB-BROWSER2 control.
Any Thin Client application that uses the WEB-BROWSER2 control requires access to specific control files that can be installed by the Thin Client installer. The total size of the WEB-BROWSER2 control files is about 150MB. If you create only Thin Client applications that do not use the WEB-BROWSER2 control type, you do not need to install the control files.
