DESCRIPTION:

When running in a Thin Client environment, and debugging your COBOL program, the CMD-GOTO event sometimes got lost when using the debugger toolbar buttons to step through the debugger. This has been corrected.

Note: Set configuration variable ECN-4751 to FALSE to turn off this change at runtime..
