ECN-4843 Registry clutter causes old services to appear in ATW Control Panel

DESCRIPTION:

When uninstalling AcuToWeb versions 10.5.0 and earlier, the installer deleted existing AcuToWeb services for that version, but left the registry keys associated with those services intact. For example:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Micro Focus\AcuToWeb
     AcuToWeb 
     AcuToWeb 8009

As a result, when installing a new version of AcuToWeb, the names of services still represented in the registry appeared in the AcuToWeb Control Panel even though these services did not exist in the Task Manager Services. This has been corrected.
