Usage report

NOTE: The usage report includes detail related to unstructured data.

The Fusion usage report lets you review information about your total unstructured data under management for a selected time frame. To view the usage report, you must have the Connect Manage sources and targets permission.

View overall total counts and file size of managed unstructured data, total grammar rules scanned for and found, as well as total counts and file size for each source defined in Fusion. To open or close a section for easy viewing, click the collapse or expand icon for the desired section.

  1. From the primary navigation panel, click Usage.

  2. Define the start (From) and end (To) dates for the desired time frame to view.

    Click the calendar next to the From and To fields to select the dates.

    • To view information for all time, leave both date fields blank.

    • To view information from a specific date to today, define a From date and leave the To date blank.

    • To view information from the beginning to a specific date, leave the From date blank and define a To date.

  3. Click VIEW.

    The usage report displays for the defined time frame.
