Action ribbon

The action ribbon lets you refine the view of the content list and take action on one or more items in the content list.

  • Click the filter pane icon (filter icon) or the folder tree pane icon (folder tree icon) to alternate showing either of the two panes.

  • From the search menu (), you can start a new search using the advanced search builder, edit the criteria for the advanced search you are currently performing, or view deleted documents. For more information about the advanced search builder, see Search builder. For more information about viewing deleted documents, see Viewing deleted documents in Analyze.

  • From the Manage menu (Manage UI icon), you can create a workspace in Manage that includes selected data items or all of the data items in the current content list. For more information, see Save data items to a workspace.

  • From the export menu (), you can save the current content list as a CSV file. You have the option to specify the metadata to be included in the export. For more information, see Export to a CSV file.

  • From the Sort by menu, you can sort the current content list by various data points. For more information, see Sort the content list.

  • From the Group by menu, you can choose to show individual data items (None) or group by documents or tables (Documents/Tables). For more information, see Change the data grouping.
