Inventory
NOTE: The Inventory page is controlled by permissions set by your administrator. You may not see the page or you may not be able to see all of the features discussed.
Inventory shows you the managed data from file system, Extended ECM, SharePoint, and OneDrive sources to which you have access. You can see how the data was organized (folder structure) on the original data source.
Use the Managed data tab to view the content you have access to. Use the My data tab to view your own data from file system sources. From either tab, expand the sources and folder structures to see the status of associated managed workspaces. If enabled, you can organize the content from a selected source or folder into a workspace for further review.

From the Source/folder list of the Managed data or My data tab, click the row for the desired source or folder.

In the detail pane, click Manage this location and then select the name of the appropriate template.

Complete the details of the workspace to be created.
Option Description Name Type a unique, meaningful name for the workspace.
Limits: Maximum 50 characters.
Description Type a meaningful description for the workspace.
Limits: Maximum 250 characters.
Due date (Optional) Select the date to designate as the date all work for the workspace is due to be completed. -
Click Create.
The workspace is created and a workspace card displays in the detail pane for the selected source or folder.

From the Source/folder list of the Manage or My data tab, click the row for the desired source or folder.

In the detail pane, click the name of the desired workspace.
