The log files are located in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Novell\Filr.
The AppData folder is hidden by default. To access the folder, type the following in the Windows Explorer address bar:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Novell\Filr
The log files are located in/Users/username/Library/Logs/Novell/Filr.
The Library folder is hidden. To access the folder, open Finder and press Shift-Cmd-G. Then, type ~/Library/Logs/Novell/Filr.
