Creating client profiles

This section describes how to use the Session Configuration Manager to create a new Web-to-Host client session for your users. The Session Configuration Manager utility saves your client configuration settings in an HTML file that invokes a named Web-to-Host client session.

The standard method in which the system administrator creates and configures the session profiles is known as server mode. In this mode, the profiles must reside in a Web-published folder on the Web-to-Host server. When the user opens a profile on the server, the client session is delivered to the desktop through the browser.

To run the Session Configuration Manager, type the following in the address bar of your browser:

http://<webserver_name>/
