Receiving a file from the host:

  1. Connect to the host.
  2. Click File > Receive .
  3. In the Host File frame, select the host file you to transfer to your PC.
  4. In the PC File frame, select an existing destination file name or enter a new destination file name, and then select a PC directory.
  5. In the Data Type frame, click the appropriate data type options.
  6. Click Transfer to send the file, or click OK to save the settings for future transfers.
