If you want to run
Silk4NET tests on a machine which has only the
Visual Studio 2017 Agent installed, perform the following actions:

Copy the file
<Silk Test installation directory>\ng\Silk4NET\Silk4NET_2017.pkgdef to the folder
\Common7\IDE\Extensions in the
Visual Studio Agent installation directory.

If the file
privateregistry.bin exists in the folder
%localappdata%/ Microsoft\VisualStudio\15.0_<some ID>, delete the file.
When you execute the next test, the
Visual Studio Agent is reconfigured and recognizes
Silk4NET.
