Action
Retrieves a clipping of the screen and returns the selected lines in a list of strings.

Optional: The upper left position of the clipping on the screen, starting with 1 for the first line or column. Position values must
be greater than 0 and less than the corresponding screen dimension, otherwise an Exception will be thrown. TextPosition.

Optional: The lower right position of the clipping on the screen. An exception will be thrown if the relative position to $fromPosition$
is invalid. Position values must be greater than 0 and less than the corresponding screen dimension, otherwise an Exception
