Installing Service Pack 2

If you are using VisiBroker 8.5 Service Pack 2, you must:

1	Install VisiBroker 8.5. as described in this Installation Guide.

2	Install Service Pack 2 by downloading the Service Pack release archive to your <VBROKERDIR> folder and unpacking it in the same folder.

3	Specify the default security provider.

Security Provider

At version 8.5 SP2, VisiSecure for C++ supports for a choice of security providers, Certicom or OpenSSL. The default is Certicom, as in previous versions of VisiBroker. If you wish to change the security provider, you must run the Security Provider Selection utility provided. For details of how to do this, see the VisiBroker Security Guide.
