This setting shows or prevents IntelliSense completions from appearing until at least the specified number of characters have
been typed in the chat window. The default value is 3. If the option is checked, the completion list will appear, if it is
unchecked, completions will not show unless manually invoked by pressing CTRL + SPACE.
