Defines the interpretation of periods in --INC and ++INCLUDE names.
Syntax:

Parameters:
- format
- Can be one of:
- PC
- The PC format treats a period as indicating a PC extension. When a period is present and this format is set, any extensions
defined by the COPYEXT directive will not be applied when an --INC or ++INCLUDE statement is processed.
- MAINFRAME
- The MAINFRAME format treats a period as part of a mainframe
superset.subset format.
