  • From your Windows desktop, click Start > All Programs > Micro Focus Visual COBOL > Data Tools > Classic Data File Tools.
Windows 8.1
  • From the Windows Start screen, click the Classic Data File Tools tile.
Windows 10 and Later
  • From your Windows desktop, click Start > Micro Focus Visual COBOL > Classic Data File Tools.
