Specifies the hour of the day that is to be returned when the ACCEPT identifier FROM TIME syntax or the CURRENT-DATE intrinsic
function is used.
Restrictions:
- Micro Focus does not recommend use of this tunable in an Enterprise Server environment.
- This tunable is supported for native COBOL only.

A value from 0 - 23 indicating the required hour of the day. The value you specify is returned when you use the ACCEPT
identifier FROM TIME syntax or the CURRENT-DATE intrinsic function

Comments:
If the timewarp_dynamic tunable is set to TRUE, the hour value specified is treated as the hour at which the clock is started, and will change every 60 minutes.
