The Computer Security Institute's annual security survey revealed that 90 percent of the respondents in large corporations and government agencies detected security breaches within the last 12 months. According to International Data Corporation the 3A Security Market, which includes Access, Authentication and Authorization, is expected to grow 28 percent annually to reach $7.1 billion by 2004. The Orange County Superior Court in Orange County, Calif., has recently completed a project to implement a one Net environment, whereby the networks in its 10 office sites across the county will work as one.
