Novell Net Publisher enables businesses to easily publish, access and share documents securely with colleagues, partners and customers. Featuring Microsoft* Windows* 2000 support, a revamped user interface and simplified document sharing, Novell Net Publisher 2.0 makes it possible for users and administrators to have highly secure, manageable access to Web documents using any standard Web browser, anywhere in the world. Novell Net Publisher makes Web publishing as easy as storing and updating documents in a folder on a local or network drive; and it can be accessed using any Web browser. In addition, Novell Net Publisher augments the Web publishing capabilities of Office 2000 with features such as enhanced security, full-text searching and automated document approval routing. • More customizable Companies can now develop customized features for Novell Net Publisher to address specific eBusiness needs through a fully documented Application Programming Interface (API).
• Easier access to shared documents By simply adding names to a user list, document authors can give colleagues, customers or partners selectively defined access such as read-only access or read-and-edit access to important documents.

Pricing for the product is SRP $1,295 for a server plus five-user license and $20 per user license thereafter. Additive licenses are available in groups of five, 10, 25, 50, 100 and 250.
