Novell's ZENworks Receives Top Marks from Industry Analysts for Return on Investment and Solving Network Management Challenges

Giga Information Group's recent report, "Desktop Management Tools - Which One Is the Best?," named ZENworks the top desktop management tool on the market.

In addition, a recently released IDC white paper sponsored by Novell, "Quantifying the Business Benefits of Directory-Based Desktop Management," found that ZENworks gave customers an average three-year return on investment (ROI) of 2,039 percent and a payback time of less than three months. In its white paper, IDC conducted a survey of IT managers at organizations using ZENworks in order to determine the impact of deploying a directory-based desktop management suite.
