Program eligibility
To join the Upgrade Lab, you must have an active maintenance contract and one of the following:- TeamTrack 6.6.1—upgrade path to SBM 10.1.5.2, then to SBM 11
- SBM 2008 or 2009—upgrade path to SBM 2009 R4, then to SBM 11
- SBM 2009 R4 or later—upgrade path direct to SBM 11
- Oracle or SQL Server as production database
- Windows operating system
- Active Maintenance Contract
