    Exceptions
    ExceptionDescription
This exception is thrown when you modify a property that was secured via the Permissions Manager or that can only be modified by an Administrator.
    Remarks
When this property is true, IME automatically turns on when the cursor is in a double-byte input field and turns off when the cursor is in a single-byte input field. When it is false, the state of the IME does not change in response to the cursor's location. The default value is true.
