Creating a Job Folder

A job folder has a single filter that determines what jobs are included in the folder. A job folder may also contain other job folders. Each job is represented as a subfolder that contains one or more sysout data sets. A job can appear in more than one folder. All jobs on the z/OS server that match the filter (and its rules) are included in the folder.

New Folder Wizard - Jobs

This topic describes how to create a job folder and define a filter using the New Folder wizard. The examples show how to start the wizard by right-clicking on the ZDD Network icon; see The New Folder Wizard for information about starting the wizard from a server, root folder, or user-defined folder.

To start the wizard, right-click on the ZDD Network icon and choose ZDD Network > New Folder.
