Unix Folder Page
The Unix Folder page maps the folder to a Unix path name for a directory.
Specify the Unix path name that will be the root directory for the folder. This path name is a mainframe Unix path name, therefore, the separator character is a forward slash (/
), rather than a backslash(\
). The wizard will automatically convert the separator characters if you enter them incorrectly.
Press Finish to create the folder.
The new folder will display under the Unix root folder. The arrow in the lower left corner indicates that this is a link to a Unix directory on the server. If you expand the folder, you will see the directories/files under the target path name.
