Quick Configuration for ChangeMan

If you will be using ChangeMan ZDD only to access ChangeMan ZMF, you can expedite the configuration process by performing a subset of the setup tasks. The two required tasks are:

  • Add a Server. See the Servers Page for more information.

  • Add a ChangeMan ZMF instance. See the ChangeMan Page for more information.

You can optionally perform the following tasks:

  • Define Application Filters: to specify which applications display in File Explorer. If you bypass this step, you will receive the default, which is all applications. See Application Filters for more information.

  • Define Package Filters: to specify which packages display in File Explorer. If you bypass this step, you will receive the default, which is all packages. See Package Filters for more information.

  • Configure Explorer Columns: to select which columns will appear for folders and files in File Explorer Details view. If you bypass this step, you will receive a default set of columns. See Columns Page for more information.
